Whole30 week 2 recap

I’m halfway through my Whole30 program and I’m still managing. This week brought along a couple of challenges – dinner out with the girls, barbecue party after work on Friday and a very lazy weekend that just called after some baking. As it’s supposed to eliminate the cravings and break the cycle of emotional eating you are not supposed to recreate treats with compliant ingredients, so paleo desserts are off limits. So that’s briefly the point of it.   Continue reading “Whole30 week 1 recap”
